Victoria Arroyo

Vice President

Victoria Arroyo is a vice president with Benefit Street Partners in human resources, based in our New York office. Prior to joining BSP in 2018, Ms. Arroyo was an AVP at First Eagle Investments. Prior to that she held various roles in human resources at Clarion Partners, Christie’s and the Boston Consulting Group. Ms. Arroyo received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Stony Brook University and a Master of Science in Counseling from LIU Post.
