Tara McDonald

Managing Director

Tara McDonald is a managing director with Benefit Street Parters and the head of human resources, based in our New York office. Prior to joining BSP in 2014, Ms. McDonald was with Credit Suisse, where she spent the majority of her career in the campus recruiting space supporting the securities business. In her most recent role at Credit Suisse, she managed the securities two-year full-time analyst program. Ms. McDonald received a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College.
