Sasha Kipka

Managing Director

Sasha Kipka is a managing director with Benefit Street Partners and Alcentra, based in our New York office.  Prior to joining Benefit Street Partners and Alcentra in 2023, Mr. Kipka was a managing director at AGL Credit Management where he was responsible for business development in the middle east. Prior to joining AGL, Mr. Kipka was a managing director and head of marketing for THL Capital, the family office of Thomas H. Lee. He began his career at Putnam Investments.  Mr. Kipka received a MA Honours in Ancient History from the University of St Andrews, Scotland.
