Rick Gallo is a managing director and associate regulatory counsel with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our West Palm Beach office. Prior to joining BSP in 2017, Mr. Gallo was a vice president of regulatory and corporate compliance at Mitsubishi. Prior to Mitsubishi, he spent two years as a vice president regulatory compliance officer of payments and cash management at HSBC Bank. Mr. Gallo received a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from College of the Holy Cross.
