Rick Gallo is a managing director, US chief compliance officer and chief regulatory counsel with Benefit Street Partners. Prior to joining BSP in 2017, Mr. Gallo was a vice president and counsel of regulatory and corporate compliance at Mitsubishi Trust and Bank. Previously he served as vice president/counsel at HSBC Bank. Mr. Gallo received a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.
