Ray Boudart

Vice President

Ray Boudart is a vice president with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office. Prior to joining BSP in 2022, Ray received his Master’s in Real Estate Development from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Previously, Ray was a manager in KPMG’s deal advisory practice, where he advised buy- and sell-side clients on corporate M&A transactions. Ray received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Boston College and a Master of Science from New York University.
