Nick Laffin is an associate with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office. Prior to joining BSP in 2021, Mr. Laffin was an underwriting analyst covering multifamily acquisitions in secondary US markets at Alpha Partners Group. Mr. Laffin has received a Bachelor of Science in Business from The Ohio State University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
