Lori Shwarts is a vice president with Benefit Street Partners and manages the recruiting effort on the human resources team, based in our New York office. Prior to joining BSP in 2021, Ms. Shwarts spent 4 years as a Senior Recruiter at Geller & Company and Bloomberg L.P.  Prior to that she held various roles in human resources at Morgan Stanley, Ernst & Young and Bank of America. Ms. Shwarts received a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Michigan.
