JT Hower is an analyst with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office. Prior to joining BSP in 2025, JT was a senior analyst at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, where he oversaw the asset management of a variety of US and international loans.  JT received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University.
