Jacob Breinholt

Jake Breinholt is a director with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York office. Prior to joining BSP on 2016, Mr. Breinholt was vice president, associate general counsel for Realty Finance Trust, where his team was responsible for structuring, negotiating and closing commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining RFT, he was a compliance officer at Brookfield Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Breinholt worked for the law firm of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, LLP in the corporate and financial services groups. He received a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Utah.
