Hale Macdonald is an analyst with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our New York Office. Prior to joining BSP in 2024, Mr. Macdonald was an analyst at Huber Equity Group, where he focused on multifamily acquisitions. Prior to joining HEG, he worked as an analyst at Galaxy on their Ventures Team. Mr. Macdonald received a Bachelor of Science in Media from Indiana University.
