Faiyaz Rafik

Faiyaz Rafik is a director and controller with Benefit Street Partners, based in our New York office.   Before joining BSP, Faiyaz spent three years at L Catterton, where he developed and oversaw the firm’s management company reporting. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Ernst & Young as a senior manager in their Assurance and Consulting practices, focusing on reporting, disclosure, and governance topics impacting alternative asset managers. Earlier in his career, Faiyaz held roles at W.P. Carey, Virtu Financial, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota.
