Devin Santilli

Vice President

Devin Santilli is a vice president with Benefit Street Partners and is based in our Boston office. Prior to joining BSP in 2024, Mr. Santilli spent six years at Foxfield, a private equity real estate operator and developer, where he led asset strategy, investment reporting and performance, financing, leasing, dispositions and developments. Before Foxfield, he spent three years as an Asset Manager at Boston Capital, a low-income housing tax credit syndicator and developer. Mr. Santilli received a Master of Business Administration from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.  Mr. Santilli is also a Research Assistant Professor in the Finance Department at Babson College.
