Adrian Groves

Adrian Groves is a director and Artificial Intelligence lead at Benefit Street Partners, based in our West Palm Beach office. Prior to joining BSP in 2024, Mr. Groves was Head of Investment Risk Management at K2 Advisors’, responsible for the firm’s front office analytics, risk management system and investment analytics. Prior to K2, Mr. Groves worked for Soros Fund Management as a performance analyst, and then as Executive Director of Risk Management and Head of Data Analytics at UBS Hedge Fund Solutions. Mr. Groves began his career working for several hedge funds in the front, middle and back office and has held various positions in the field of operations, project management, risk management, system development, investment analysis and data analytics.  Mr. Groves received his B.A. in Business Studies from London Guildhall University
