The COVID-related economic crisis has changed the global economy in an unprecedented manner. While government relief programs have offered liquidity, they also present challenges. We anticipate the current dislocation will shift power in favor of lenders and expect to see a number of near term private debt opportunities at more attractive spreads and leverage levels than before the crisis.
