BSP Realty Trust Distribution Reinvestment Plan Announcement

NEW YORK, March 30, 2020

On March 26, 2020, the Company temporarily suspended the Company’s Amended and Restated Distribution Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan (the “DRIP”), effective immediately. Until the Company reactivates the DRIP (which will be announced by the Company on a Form 8-K filed with the SEC), participants and all other holders of the Company’s securities will receive any distributions paid by the Company in cash, including March 2020 distributions payable in April 2020.
